That is, I think it would be best for everyone to have health care. However, it is the responsibility of the individual to secure his or her own health care. The government has some role in the health care game, but it should be as minimal as possible. I hope Bush's plan isn't as overreaching as his senior prescription drug entitlement disaster. He, of course, says his plan will be market-based.
